This song I wrote for my Music A2 coursework, we had to theme the song on a part of the disney film: Cinderella, I chose the part in which the Princess is dancing at the ball with the Prince, the piece therefore sung from her point of view, would be quite fitting for a Theatrical Musical interpretation of the Film for stage
I asked a Friend to sing on this track, she gave her voice to the lead vocals and I sang some backup this time round, She was really nervous during recording which added a nice wavering effect to the vocals, which I later decided to keep.
lyrics
Who'd of thought, I'd be standing here in your arms
Dancing with you
And now I feel so comfortable with you
Like I'm frozen in time
But tonight ain't worth wasting, we're on borrowed time
So kiss me right here and let me know you're mine
I'll be your princess for the night, if you promise to lead the way
But when the clock strikes twelve tonight, please don't force me to stay
'Cause when the magic is broken, you might not like what you see
It's a miracle that I'm given this chance to do
What I thought impossible
And now I know, that this time I spend with you
Is irreplaceable
But tonight ain't worth wasting, we're on borrowed time
So kiss me right here and let me know you're mine
I'll be your princess for the night, if you promise to lead the way
But when the clock strikes twelve tonight, please don't force me to stay
'Cause when the magic is broken, you might not like what you see
Yet all of my fears subside when you hold me tight
And all I can feel is love between you and I
I was lost from the moment you asked "will you be mine?"
I looked back into your eyes and cried
I'll be your princess for the night, if you promise to lead the way
But when the clock strikes twelve tonight, please don't force me to stay
'Cause when the magic is broken, you might not like what you see
I'll be your princess for the night, if you promise to lead the way
But when the clock strikes twelve tonight, please don't force me to stay
'Cause when the magic is broken, you might not like what you see

Began to write music upon turning 12, Starting a debut album Birth Of The Bird near the time my grandma passed on.
Consisting of songs based on real life events that happened during early 2008, with later albums, continuing along that theme. I produce songs that are full of emotion, so they end up becoming stories more than songs....more
This is a band I’ll constantly support. They make amazingly relaxed music called Chillstep, something you can put on & be transported away. Please check them out if it's the one thing you do today! Prince Pheonix
The latest album from Renards new collection, from listening to the tracks on Bandcamp you can tell it's done by the same composer yet with a flavour that's noticeably different to his old music Prince Pheonix
